All of our products are CLP compliant and fully insured. Details of ingredients are with each product in the pictures.
Please follow our wax melt care guide:
Use an approved wax burner and do not add water.
Place your burner on a stable surface.
Avoid burning for more than 3-4 hours.
Never leave a wax burner unattended.
Keep away from pets, children and flammables.
Extinguish when done.
Use an unscented tea light.
Scented wax melts can be used in tea light and electric wax melt burners. Please follow all safety guidance of all manufacturers wax melt burners for safe use.
Frosting is very natural, this is the wax trying to go back to its original form. This is not a defect and it does not affect the performance of the wax melt.
Sale items:
Are non refundable. Some products may be reduced in price simply because they are either slightly broken, not a popular fragrance, out of season or a waxident (possibility of it weighing slightly less than described). It will not affect the performance of the product. If the wax melt is broken it will be explained in the description box.
We do not offer cancellations on orders after purchase at check out. If you have not received your order 14 days after purchase contact us and we will look into this and resolve the issue.
We use Royal Mail for shipping and this will be Tracked 2nd Class. If you need your order posted first class please state this at check out in the special instructions box.
We offer free pick up. Once your order is complete we will contact you to arrange collection.
Local delivery is available for Larne area for a small fee.

Want to return your item?
Follow these steps:
Ensure the item is in its original packaging, undamaged and unused. Package the item securely and send to Jo Jo's Melts, 10 Porter Crescent, Larne, Co.Antrim, BT40 2TZ don't forget to add your name, order number and reason for return in your package. This will speed up the returns process. When returning any products via post/courier, it is at the customers own expense. We do not provide free shipping for returns unless it is our error (incorrect order or defective item).
If for any reason you may receive a broken wax melt in transit please understand this is out of our control. This will not affect the performance of the product. If the packaging is received damaged please contact us. Always inspect your orders on arrival and report any concerns to us within 24 hours receipt of delivery.
Once we have received returned products we will inspect accordingly and contact the customer once refund/exchange is in place.
Please allow up to four weeks for refunds to reach your account. In many cases you will recieve your refund quicker, dependent on the speed of processing by your bank.
Refunds exclude sale items.
